Meeting National Standards: Food Safety Program
Each Nonna's Cucina meal consists of a soup, main course and dessert. These meals are prepared in our kitchen at Royal Park and then safely stored in temperature controlled eskies before being transported by volunteers to our clients.
As part of our food safety program we follow HACCP accredited procedures across all areas of our meal delivery service including production, preparation, packaging and distribution. All our food is temperature tested and documented so clients can rest assured that our freshly cooked meals are delivered safely to your door.
Nonna's Cucina is expected to follow the strict food safety standards under the Australian Department of Health and operates under the HACCP principles.
All information collated from the daily operations is monitored and stored for the auditing process. By monitoring food safety, we are able to provide peace of mind to our clients ensuring they are free from risk.
