Rosa’s long career as a chef, caterer, and culinary instructor spans more than three decades. Throughout this time, she has shared her passion for food, teaching others the value of fresh, wholesome ingredients and the joy of cooking. One of Rosa’s greatest passions is growing her own fresh fruit and vegetables and supporting local businesses, reflecting her strong belief in community and sustainability.
Rosa’s dedication to supporting others closely aligns with Nonna’s Cucina’s mission to provide delicious, home-cooked meals to members of the community. As Patron, she is proud to support the organisation and its important work. Through volunteering, Rosa enjoys working closely with staff and fellow volunteers, and values the meaningful connections formed along the way. She often shares that the people she works with continually teach her valuable lessons about life, love, and the importance of caring for one another.
