Don’t Want to Drive? Become a Driver Assistant!

Join our volunteer team and help bring meals and a friendly smile to clients across Adelaide! Our volunteer drivers greatly value having an extra set of eyes on the road, and as a driver assistant, you play a key role in supporting them. You’ll help ensure deliveries run smoothly and safely while connecting with clients along the way.

In this role, you will:

• Accompany drivers on their delivery routes from one of our locations: Holden Hill, Firle or Seaton

• Help deliver meals directly to clients’ doors across metro Adelaide

• Offer a friendly hello, a smile, and a quick wellness check, providing reassurance and connection to clients who rely on this service

Deliveries take place on weekdays between 11:00 am and 1:30 pm. By volunteering as a driver assistant, you’re making a real difference in the daily lives of our clients by helping them feel supported, cared for, and connected.
