From a Vision in 1988 to the Family We Are Today

In November 1988, Two of our founders, Franca Antonello and Gosia Skalban, took the first step towards creating something truly special. The original founding document, pictured here, marks the beginning of a journey built on passion, dedication, and a shared belief in bringing people together through authentic Italian tradition.

More than three decades later, that vision continues to thrive.

Today, alongside our executive team CEO, Marco Staltari, GM Dario Fabretto and EC Stefan Dimasi, we proudly carry forward the legacy that Franca and Gosia began. While we've grown and evolved over the years, the values that inspired our founders remain at the heart of everything we do—family, authenticity, quality, and a commitment to excellence.

As we reflect on where it all began, we're reminded that every milestone, every partnership, and every success has been made possible by the incredible people who have been part of our journey.
