Saturday’s at Nonna’s – A Beautiful Beginning

Our very first Saturday at Nonna’s kicked off on October 18, and what a day it was! From the moment the doors opened, our Holden Hill café was filled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, warm smiles, and the sound of live music floating through the spring sunshine.

The highlight? Our one-day-only porchetta rolls, which flew out the door from 11:30AM, a huge thank you to everyone who lined up to get a taste! Paired with $8 spritzes, a few new brekky favourites, and a buzzing crowd of locals, the day had all the charm and spirit of a true Italian gathering.

But more than just good food and great vibes, the event held deeper meaning. Every dollar spent helped fund our meal deliveries to elderly and vulnerable South Australians – and thanks to your support, we’re able to continue sharing Nonna’s love beyond the café.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came along, shared a meal, and supported our mission. This is just the beginning – Saturday’s at Nonna’s are now a regular thing, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for more food, fun, and community connection each weekend.
