Tasting Australia 2023

What an amazing day it was at our "Pig Day" event we held at our headquarter in Royal Park for Tasting Australia! It was an incredible experience for everyone involved as we broke down a pig and demonstrated the various recipes that can be created from different parts. Salsicce, salami, pancetta are just some of the delights we prepared We were thrilled to see our participants engaged and fascinated by the process!

After the demonstration, we all gathered to enjoy a delicious lunch from the very pig that we had just prepared. It was a unique and unforgettable experience for all, and we're so grateful for everyone who joined us and made it such a success.
