Every family has a recipe that's been passed down through generations. Maybe it's your Nonna's secret blend of spices, your Nonno's traditional curing method, or a family recipe perfected over decades.

Now is your chance to put it to the ultimate test.

For an entry fee of $50, your salami will be judged by an esteemed panel of industry experts, all competing for the coveted title:

The winning salami maker will also receive an exclusive Chef's Table experience for four people at Nonna's Cucina.
